- On presentations:
- Check the material given to you during course 2 (if you've still got it - if not, you'll find more tips here)
- Here you can see some tips on how to create a good presentation.
- And some more tips on the same issue.
- Videos:
- Remember the manuscript: plan what to say, how to say it and practice saying it out loud!
- Remember the structure: start by introducing the topic & problem at hand, then the background; after that, the possible remedies. Finish off with a summary.
- Remember to show the sources!
- Sync the voiceover carefully with graphical information you're providing - don't stray off-topic
- Radio broadcasts:
- Follow the first guideline from point 2, "Videos"
- Focus especially on pronunciation & flow as your voices will be the only medium available: you need to be clear, easy & pleasant to follow
- Introduce the topic & structure clearly, just like in the second guideline from point 2, "Videos"
Cheers, your teacher
